Tailored for individuals of all abilities over the age of 55+, this program focuses on enhancing muscle strength, aerobic capacity, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Led by a skilled facilitator, participants engage in a series of low-impact exercises, with the option to utilize a chair for added support. Embrace the opportunity to move at your own pace, revitalizing both body and mind in a welcoming and supportive environment.
