Reflecting on a Positive AGM
We are pleased to share that our Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on September 26 in a hybrid format, was a success. Members, both in person and online, actively participated in the meeting. All motions were approved unanimously, reflecting strong alignment within our community.
The meeting proceeded smoothly, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for all attendees. AGM packages, which included essential documents such as the agenda, by-laws, and the impact report, were provided to all participants. For those attending in person, refreshments were available, further contributing to the sense of community and collaboration.
A special highlight of the event was the engagement of our Vibrant Community Council co-chairs, Anudeep Narula and Jennifer Conroy, who shared insights on the important role the council plays in advocating for the needs of our community. Their message emphasized the ongoing commitment to collaboration, inclusion, and client engagement that is at the heart of Vibrant’s work.
We also took a moment to celebrate dedicated staff members who reached significant milestones in their careers with Vibrant this year. Their contributions have been essential in advancing our mission to provide compassionate and accessible healthcare to individuals facing barriers.
Overall, the AGM reflected the strong sense of unity within the organisation, as members, staff, and council representatives worked together to ensure the continued success of Vibrant Healthcare Alliance. The hybrid format allowed for broad participation, and we are grateful to all who joined and contributed to the meeting.
